This is a playful illustrated non-fiction book about the little seed that grows and develops into a completely new person in the world. The book is aimed at children who are going to have a sibling, but also at the family as a whole.

It provides increased knowledge and creates space for good reading sessions and conversations, and the book can also be used as a reference book for the whole family when mum is pregnant.

Camilla Otterlei is an award-winning author and new mother of young children. The illustrations are made by the renowned illustrator, writer and photographer Lene Ask.

Tore Henriksen, obstetrician, specialist in women's diseases and former head of the Obstetrics Department at Rikshospitalet, has been a specialist consultant on the book.
